London Renovation brings together construction, project management and traditional craftsmanship to deliver homes that feel considered, coherent and built to last.
We are a residential renovation and construction company working across London. Our work runs from complete house renovations and period property restoration to structural alterations, extensions and detailed interiors — delivered, wherever possible, as one coherent programme rather than a series of disconnected trades.
What sets a project up to succeed is rarely a single thing. It is a clear scope agreed before work begins, a realistic programme, experienced trades, and someone accountable for holding it all together. We try to be unglamorous about this: define the work properly, sequence it sensibly, communicate clearly, and keep control of quality and cost as the job moves.
How we work
Every project is led through the same process — survey, scope, costing, construction and handover — so that decisions are made deliberately and the state of the work is always clear. You can read about that in detail on our process page.
We have particular regard for period property. London’s Victorian, Georgian and Edwardian houses reward careful work and punish shortcuts, so original construction, services and detailing are treated on their own terms rather than forced into a modern template.
Where we work
We work across North London in particular — including Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Edgware, Finchley, Southgate and Highgate — and undertake residential projects throughout Central, North, West and South-West London, subject to the size and requirements of the property.
