Who is responsible for your data

What we collect and why

We collect only the details you provide through the consultation form — typically your name, email, telephone, property postcode, a description of the proposed work, and any file you choose to upload. We use them solely to respond to your enquiry and, where a project proceeds, to deliver it.

Lawful basis

We rely on your consent when you submit an enquiry, and on our legitimate interest in responding to and managing prospective and ongoing projects. With your separate consent, we use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used — see our Cookie Policy.

Retention

We keep enquiry details only for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and any resulting project, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, to object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us at studio@londonrenovation.com.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK regulator, at ico.org.uk.
